I teach Pilates in private sessions (face to face) and online.

As well as promoting physical benefits, my classes or 1-2-1 sessions can support you if you are recovering or avoiding a musculoskeletal injury, such as;

I am a Qualified Physiotherapist, Pilates and Fitness Instructor.  A registered member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
