I teach Pilates, balance & stability, along with individual fitness in private sessions - face to face and online.
Classes are designed to go beyond simple movement, as we focus on your individual needs, progressing at a pace that is both realistic and yet challenging.
Sessions available:
- One-to-one classes (Pilates, Fitness, Balance, or rehabilitation from an minor injury).
- Small group Pilates tailored to meet the needs of each individual attending.
- 'Ageing well' sessions, aimed at the over 65s to include:
- balance
- strength
- cardiovascular improvement
- targeted moves to ensure the participant is able to get up from the floor in the event of a fall
As well as promoting physical benefits, my Pilates sessions can be tailored to support those recovering from (or working to avoid) a musculoskeletal injury:
I am a Qualified Physiotherapist; BSc(Hons), with additional qualifications in Pilates, Postural Stability and Fitness Instructing. A registered member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
