I teach Pilates in private sessions (face to face) and online.

- Mixed ability classes - with levels of movement to ensure manageable, yet individually challenging
- Ageing-well sessions - aimed at the over 65's to include standing balance, strength and targeted moves to ensure capability to get up and down from the floor.
As well as promoting physical benefits, my classes or 1-2-1 sessions can support you if you are recovering or avoiding a musculoskeletal injury, such as;
