Classes are designed to go beyond simple movement, as we focus on your individual needs, progressing at a pace that is both realistic and yet challenging.

I am a Qualified Physiotherapist; BSc(Hons), with additional qualifications in Pilates, Postural Stability and Fitness Instructing.  A registered member of the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC), Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA).
